encouraged to have the bird(s) examined by a QUALIFIED AVIAN VETERINARIAN of his/her choice
within 72 hours from the time of delivery to verify the health of the bird(s). If, During this 72 hour period,
the bird(s) are diagnosed with a preexisting condition that is not treatable and seriously affects the their
health as determined by the examining veterinarian, then upon verification of this condition to Jodi's Exotic
Birds and upon timely return of the bird(s) by BUYER to Jodi's Exotic Birds, Jodi's Exotic Birds agrees, at
her sole discretion, to either refund the entire purchase price to BUYER or to supply the BUYER with
other bird(s) of the same species, sex (if known at the time of sale) and similar age. All costs of return
and re-delivery transportation to be at the expense of Jodi's Exotic Birds.
